Objectives

As any other social institution, 442 Foundation aims its activities at the achievement of its purpose, promoting the common good and social interests through the boosting of sport activities, mainly amongst the youngest.

On the basis of those perspectives, the main objectives established by the Foundation are, among others, the following:

• To promote the practice of sports among the young, without their training in human values being neglected.
• To promote the pool of young players, particularly in football, and to cooperate in the training of the young with a view to the future.
• To promote sports and cultural exchanges at an international level.
• To disseminate sport and sports activities through the various social mass media.
• To promote fair play as a way of practising sport in which verbal or physically violent attitudes are not present in any way.
• To promote studies, publications and the spreading that sport has a positive effect on our quality of life.
• To collaborate with other social, cultural, art, charity and sports institutions, for the promotion of social, educational and cultural aspects surrounding sport.
• To promote social-sports actions geared at developing social integration in general and the integration of victims of marginalisation in particular.
• To promote any activity that helps bring closer together sport, specially football, and society.
